Pla de Na Tesa is a nice and grown neighborhood and belongs to the city of Marratxi, just a few minutes northeast of Palma. Ideally located since the nature of the Tramuntana Mountains or the playa de Palma are just about 15 minutes away, port and airport are in easy reach, malls and other shopping areas, too.
This mansion used to be part of the ancient Finca „Son Ametler“, which reached from Palma up to Marratxi. Between the 17th – 19th century, it was divided into several smaller estates. This property has about 60.000 m2 land, mainly used for agriculture, a manor house of ca. 1700 m2 and several side buildings, as there are a granary, a mill and stables, as well as former vegetable gardens and a registered well.
The original Majorcan architecture ist magnificent with high ceilings, open beams old terra cotta tiles and natural stone walls.
